first time away?
A Gentle Start to Camp Life
Mini Camp is our shortest session — five days designed for first-time campers. Small groups of eight, senior counselors, and a rhythm of familiar rituals: the same bunk, the same breakfast song, the same lantern walk every night.
By day three, most mini campers are begging to stay longer. By day five, parents get back a braver kid.

Mini Camp Questions
What if my child gets homesick?
Counselors are trained for exactly this. We keep days busy, nights cozy, and we call parents with a plan — not a panic — if it lasts more than a day.
Can we visit during the session?
Mini Camp is visit-free so campers settle in, but parents are invited to the closing campfire on the final evening.
What should we pack?
Our packing list covers it all. Sleeping bag and pillow are provided, so bags stay light.
